Registered Massage Therapist
Heather graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College with Honors. Before becoming a massage therapist, Heather completed a degree in psychology at the University of Ottawa but ultimately decided that she wanted to help people in a more hands on way. As a massage therapist, Heather believes in using her knowledge of fascia, muscles, joints and proper posture to treat the body as a whole using deep tissue work, fascia release, trigger point therapy and many other techniques. She loves helping her clients de-stress and achieve better over all health. Heather has experience working with athletes, in prenatal massage, scar work, and lymph drainage, low back pain, neck pain, migraines, headaches, shoulder injuries and more.
